I am Virginijus from Kaunas – an individual care worker with up to 2 years of experience. I have the flexibility to provide short-term care in a person's home and personal assistant services, with a clear agreement on the schedule and tasks. In my daily care, I take care of body hygiene, help in the toilet, washing and housework, prepare food according to habits or doctors' recommendations, encourage light activity and walks. I accompany him to the doctor, communicate with the doctors, help with the registration and pass on the information accurately to the family members. I monitor health indicators (blood pressure, temperature, sugar levels), supervise the use of medication and follow the agreed agenda. If necessary, I organize leisure time, encourage you to communicate and support your favorite activities.I am characterized by communicability, empathy and diligence. I am responsible, patient, physically resilient, able to react calmly to unexpected situations and solve problems. I have practice in home care, as well as working with people with dementia and mental disabilities – I ensure a safe, calm and predictable environment. I speak Lithuanian, English and Russian. I drive a car with both manual and automatic transmissions, so I come comfortably to Kaunas and the surrounding districts. I work on an individual basis or through a recruitment company – an open and transparent form of cooperation is a priority for me.
