I am Violeta – an individual care worker from Šiauliai with more than 10 years of experience in the field of nursing and care for seniors. I can provide care for seniors abroad and 24/7 care at home, ensuring constant, responsible and professional care. Through many years of work experience, I have acquired strong practical skills and the ability to react quickly to health changes and individual needs. I perform health monitoring (control of blood pressure, temperature, sugar level and other indicators), take care of the maintenance or replacement of the stoma and catheter, perform personal bathing, body hygiene, change of diaper pads, help with dressing. I also prepare food, clean the house, do laundry, keep the house clean, accompany me to the store, help with shopping or go for a walk together. I constantly inform my family members about the condition and well-being of a loved one. I am communicative, empathetic, hardworking and thorough, and I am able to create a safe and respectful environment. I speak English, Russian and German, I drive a car with a manual and automatic transmission, so I can be flexible and adapt to working abroad or different family needs. My priority is dignity, safety and sincere care for every person.
