SENJORO organization provides home help and day social care services for seniors and people with disabilities. Services can be provided privately or received through the municipality - in this case, the price of the services is fully or partially reimbursed to the client. We strive to create a new reality for seniors, a positive old age - full of good emotions, new hobbies and sincere communication with indifferent professional employees. We provide social services to seniors and people with disabilities in as many as 30 municipalities in Lithuania. Our team consists of almost 500 individual care workers, whose daily work seeks to ensure that seniors can live in their homes with quality for as long as possible. Based on the experience of the Senior's team, we have developed and started to apply the 8 steps of positive aging methodology in the provision of services, which helps employees not only to get caught up in household chores, but encourages them to create changes in the daily lives of seniors. Therefore, the individual care staff of the "Senjoras" team will not only help you or your loved ones in the household, but also play sports together, get involved in cultural life, pay attention to the nurturing of appearance and home comfort, accompany you to medical institutions, go shopping together and invite you to try healthier recipes together in the kitchen. We strive to create a positive everyday life for seniors, full of positive emotions and sincere communication with our professional employees. For the provision of services, we use the mobile application we have developed – SenjoroGO, so the services are provided clearly and reliably – their time and quality are recorded automatically. It is a modern tool that protects against abuse and helps to ensure that the senior receives all the help he or she is entitled to.
