My name is Ramutė – an individual care worker from Kazlų Rūda, with up to 2 years of experience in caring for people at home. Currently, I aim to work in the field of care for seniors in care homes, where I could responsibly and sincerely take care of the elderly and contribute to their better well-being. I provide assistance in daily activities: I help with eating, dressing, using the toilet, performing body hygiene, oral and dental care, changing diaper pads. I can also prepare food, do laundry, keep the house clean and tidy, and do household chores. I accompany them to the doctor or to the store, help with the estimation, go for walks together, organize leisure time and pay attention to communication, which is especially important for seniors. I inform my family members about the well-being of a loved one and daily changes. I am communicative, hardworking and responsible, I like cleanliness and order, I am characterized by patience and respectful communication. I drive a car with a manual transmission, so I can be flexible in terms of work schedule. My goal is to ensure safe, caring and dignified care for every senior.
