About meI am Mantas from Kretinga – an individual care worker and general practice nurse with 4-6 years of experience. I can work in a care home for the elderly, provide short-term assistance in a person's home, take care of 24/7 care and perform the functions of a personal assistant. The most important thing in my work is safety, respect and a clear daily routine that gives a person peace and dignity.Daily care includes body hygiene, personal bathing, help with the toilet, dressing and eating, safely getting out of bed or transplanting into a wheelchair, walks and meaningful leisure time. I clean the house, keep it clean, prepare balanced food, help with shopping and escort to the store or to the doctor; I communicate with the doctors and constantly inform my family about the condition and the course of the day.I have practice in performing nursing procedures: I monitor health indicators (blood pressure, temperature, sugar level), supervise the use of medications, administer prescribed medications, perform intravenous drips, catheter replacement and care, stoma care, take care of pressure ulcers prevention and wound care. I have worked with patients with diabetes mellitus – I help to follow the regimen and recognize changes. I stay awake at night when needed to ensure uninterrupted maintenance.I am characterized by diligence, diligence and responsibility. I am flexible, communicate well, keep calm in tense situations, quickly adapt to the human rhythm and environment. I drive a car with both manual and automatic transmissions, I speak English – I can come quickly and handle things.
