I'm Janina – an individual care worker from Vilnius with up to 2 years of experience in the field of senior care. I can work in a care home, provide short-term care at home and work as a personal assistant, responsibly taking care of a person's daily needs and emotional well-being. I help in the household: I do the housework, keep cleanliness and order, do the laundry, organize the shopping and accompany me to the store. I also accompany them to the doctor, communicate with the doctors, and inform the family about the well-being of the loved one. I pay attention to communication, organizing leisure time and walks, because I believe that emotional state is no less important than physical care. I help with eating and dressing, ensuring respectful and tactful communication. I am communicative, empathetic, hardworking and thorough, I like cleanliness and order. I have responsibility, patience, organization and attention to detail, I adapt easily to different situations, and I tolerate stress. I also work with people with mental disabilities. I speak Russian, I drive a car with an automatic transmission. My priority is discreet, respectful and sincere help to every person.
