I am Gitana – an individual care worker from Šilutė, with 6-8 years of work experience in the field of social care. During this period, I have gained valuable experience working in a care home, so I fully understand the needs of seniors, their daily challenges and the emotional importance of feeling safe and dignified in their home. My goal is to help older people maintain as much independence and comfort as possible in their daily activities. I can supervise the cleanliness of the house – keeping order, household chores, creating a cozy and safe environment, accompanying me to the store – help with shopping, communication and safe escort. I am patient, empathetic and responsible. I am able to establish a warm relationship with seniors, take into account their individual needs and ensure high-quality daily care.
