My name is Gabrielė – an individual care worker from Šilutė, with up to 2 years of experience in the field of senior care. I can work in a care home, provide short-term care at home and work as a personal assistant, ensuring responsible and sincere care in my daily activities. I have experience caring for individuals at home, as well as working with people with Alzheimer's disease and dementia, so I understand the importance of patience, tact, and respect. I provide assistance with body hygiene, oral and dental care, help with dressing, eating, using the toilet, changing diaper pads, performing flipping and pressure ulcer prevention, helping when getting out of bed or a wheelchair. I monitor my health status (blood pressure, temperature, sugar level, etc.), supervise the use of medications, communicate with doctors, and inform family members. I also prepare food, clean the house, do the laundry, supervise the garden or gardening work, accompany the doctor or to the store, help with the shopping and go for a walk. I am communicative, empathetic, hardworking and thorough, I love cleanliness and order, I am characterized by responsibility, flexibility and strong emotional resilience.
