The Šventos Social Care Home of the Švenčionys Social Services Centre is a warm and caring environment for the elderly and adults with disabilities who need help in everyday life. The goal of the care home is to ensure dignified and high-quality care, helping residents to meet their daily needs, improving their living conditions and promoting independence. Here, special attention is paid to the rights and interests of residents, ensuring a safe, friendly and respectful environment.
The tasks of the care home are to create a comfortable living space, to ensure health care, to maintain psychological and social well-being, and to satisfy cultural and spiritual needs. The aim is to promote the independence and hygienic skills of the population by helping to maintain their social activity. In these care homes, each resident is encouraged to participate in a variety of activities, taking into account their individual needs and interests.
The Sacred Care Home provides long-term and short-term social care services, as well as temporary respite services when family members need temporary help. The planned number of places is 30, of which 29 are for long-term care and 1 for short-term care.
The care home has a competent and caring team: social workers, individual care specialists, a nurse, a dietician, a nutritionist and cooks. These specialists, with their professional knowledge and warmth, help residents feel cared for, safe and well cared for, and their relatives to have peace of mind in the care provided. The Sacred Social Care Home is a place where every resident can feel valued and cared for.
