The public institution “Space of Hope” is an organization that connects the House of Life, located at Šerkšnės St. 2, Mažeikiai, and the Special Workshop, located at Vilniaus St. 2A, Mažeikiai. The activities of the institution are aimed at people with intellectual and mental disabilities in order to ensure them a full life in the community and help them become more independent.
The vision of the institution is a society where every person, regardless of their disability, could live a meaningful and dignified life. This vision is based on the commitment to provide high-quality complex social care services that meet individual needs and ensure human dignity and the opportunity to integrate into the community.
The activities of “Space of Hope” are based on four main values: respect for people, cooperation, professionalism and responsibility.
